“Completely different to what we had before and made so much more sense.

Very confident that this will make a big difference for our children and setting.

Thank you, really enjoyed it, it was excellent!”

Kate - Assistant Head Teacher

Bowker Vale Primary School

“This course has been fantastic and very informative. The trainer’s knowledge is invaluable to me going forward. He made me feel at ease from the start and gave me confidence in myself.

People would definitely benefit from learning how to identify triggers and knowing that, although positive handling is the name of the course, the aim is not to have to use it. I found this most important to learn"

Rachel - Teaching Assistant

All Souls C. of E. Primary School

“ The course is methodically structured to develop knowledge and expertise incrementally and secure understanding before moving on.

It has also left me encouraged to continue my research of law and safeguarding within the workplace and educational setting. ”
