Our trauma informed practice provides a logical framework by stressing the importance of using effective de-escalation techniques and understanding why children face challenges in self regulation.

Tom Aitken, our Training Director has been involved in education for over 20 years and has spent a good part of his time advising Senior Management Teams in keeping their school safe and compliant. We are committed to reducing disruption in the classroom and the avoidance of restraint.
